Wrestling Redo

In addition to shooting the state wresting tourney, I've shoot action for the local high school wrestling team. These are some shots I messed around with in PS. The single overhead light wasn't the greatest to shoot under, but it did provide some dramatic effects. These shots were more or less throw aways that I thought might be interesting if I worked them up right. I kinda like them.

State Wrestling Championships

This tournament is becoming one of my favorite events. Got to shoot the championship matches for the first time in a number of years. Great atmosphere, all 6 classifications in one building, 6 championship matches going on at the same time. I shot the 5A matches.

Sunday hike

Went for a hike up to Silverfalls State Park. Seemed like a pretty nice day when Theo and I left the house. By the time we got to the Falls it was raining pretty steadily. But we walked any way. Storms this winter closed some of the trails, including the trail that goes behind the falls shown in this posting, a trail that takes a person down the valley where there are other falls.
